Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange within the 100-night trial period.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the blanket in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
